Miracle Plant--Moringa Oleifera?!?!

So, I've noticed a trend in people trying to eat healthy, taking all types of vitamins and supplements but the incidence of obesity, heart disease (number one killer for both men and women), type 2 diabetes (even in children!), cancer is continuing to rise!  I won't bore you with facts here, but I have posted some and their associated sources below.

The question I personally have is...
IS THERE ANYTHING THAT WILL HELP?

It is known fact that managing diet and activity are two key factors in minimizing risk of developing these conditions, but sometimes, more often than not--IT'S NOT ENOUGH. I cannot state with 100% certainty, but I do believe that the food we consume is not as nutritious as it was say 40, even 20 years ago. Foods we have today are packed full of unnecessary preservatives and refined sugars. It's no wonder the health of our nation has declined and the profit margins for pharmaceuticals has increased exponentially.

So, again with my question...IS THERE ANYTHING THAT WILL HELP?

Well, I'll tell you what I have found and what works for me, my family and friends. (don't worry about my grammar).

MORINGA

Some of you know exactly what that is and why it is so amazing! But, for those of you who don't, I'll try to make it simple...but there are may sources listed below and a link to a video that explains it better than I ever could.

Let me tell you how I learned of it first...

I have a friend that I met through my husband that told me about this miracle plant.  She told me her experience and I was skeptical, but she was way more skeptical than I was, so I accepted her research and her own testimony and thought, why not try it.

A few years passed, then I decided to call her and give it a try. In that time she tells me:
1.her doctor stopped her medications
2. she had kept her son from having to go on medication
3. her husband had knee surgery and didn't need narcotics for pain management
4. A mutual acquaintance that had "diabetic eyes" had taken the supplement and went to a physician follow up and surprised the physician with the drastic improvement of the blood vessels in his eyes.

5. Then she had a friend call me and tell me of her experience with an autoimmune disorder. The woman told me that she had actually found the right combination of dietary supplements to keep her condition managed, but she had to take a cereal bowl full of them daily. She said she had gotten to the the point where she "just couldn't take it anymore". Side note, she and her husband had 13 children to care for (yup, she birthed all of them and her husband was their natural father). She then came upon MORINGA, by way of this particular company. She was able to get rid of that cereal bowl full of supplements and just take moringa everyday.


I'm getting to what makes MORINGA so health beneficial, just let me testify first.

My Testimony

My Daughter...

My daughter sustained a knee injury during a basketball tournament--a girl 4 times her size fell on her, I'm not shaming anyone or exaggerating. My daughter ended up having surgery, missing the end of track season during 8th grade the whole season during 9th grade, but ran in the state meet after winning 1st in district and area, then 2nd in the region. There are many people to thank for helping her with recovery, but one thing I know is, she didn't do well without the MORINGA on board. She would complain of so much pain and swelling while she was on the road to recovery when she would forget to take her supplement. But when she took it--she wouldn't complain after therapy and she had remarkably less swelling.

My Husband...

He is a wonderfully healthy man. I call him my superman. He has hardly ever had a cold, he even had his stretch marks scab and heal on their own--weird, right...no, I'm just jealous. So, he started back working out and taking the supplement at the same time. He hadn't worked out in a while, so he knew the pain he was in for...or so he thought. He said, the next morning, "I feel GREAT! I don't have the pain I normally have after working out, had to be the MORINGA."

My Friend...

A friend of mine has arthritis and high blood pressure. she complained that her body hurts daily upon waking "until she warms up."  She started taking the supplement and noted that she was able to pop up out of the bed and get moving. She said by day 2 she noticed a significant difference and by day 4, she new it was the MORINGA. Her blood pressure was something that I was monitoring on a weekly basis and we watched her numbers gradually decline. Her energy levels increased and she was okay to go out after work and no just sit on the couch at the end of the day.

My Father...

My father is one of those that only believes what he believes but was in a place of desperation with the episodes of crippling arthritic pain he was having. He is normally up an mobile and doesn't need mobility aids. So, when I saw him barely able to move and having to use a walker, I was stunned. I took him to the hospital and they gave him narcotics for the pain, I was glad he could get some relief. But what about the swelling and recurring episodes?  I took him and my mother, back to my house and gave him MORINGA twice a day. By day 2, he was able to walk with a cane. By day 5, he didn't need any mobility aids, and he was ready to go home.  He didn't go home and continue the supplement, because he thought, "I'm good." He had a recurrence of the episode a couple weeks ago, and remembered the MORINGA. He was coming to my house for my daughter's graduation, so I gave him what I had. He had also started taking what I had left at the house the last time he experienced this. His symptoms never progressed to the point of debilitation that they had before, and this time by day 3 the limp was gone.


WHY NOT TALK ABOUT ME...

Well, my story is not as fantastic as these. I just simply have more energy to live my life. I do notice that I don't catch colds, have less pain in the shoulder that had previous surgery (was in a car accident), don't feel so hungry, and my skin looks healthy. Oh yeah, the post-workout pain is way less.

Moment of transparency...

I HATE taking stuff...I don't care what it is. But I love the results when I am consistent. I HATE working out...but I also love the results.

Tips on using MORINGA

If you found the last post about MORINGA interesting, this one may be of use to you as well... Let me give you a couple tips from my experience... 1. You will definitely clean out your bowels when you first start using it. I mean just straight up clean house! This miracle plant does so much for your body to include removing heavy metals, and its all gotta go!  If you are generally healthy and have good habits already you may need to cut the dose in half, so instead of 2 teaspoons/8g cut it to 1 teaspoon/4g. 2. If you have health conditions make a journal notation of how you feel before you start taking it. If you have body aches that you just deal with, or digestive issues, difficulty managing blood sugars (Type 2 diabetics), blood pressures, etc then start to journal how you feel each day as you take the MORINGA. You will want to be able to have something to show your doctor when they are congratulating you on making progress to your best life. 3. It does not taste good...
